The Annual Business Meeting of members will be at the APSA Annual Meeting on Thursday, August 31, at 12:00-1:30 p.m. At the Annual Business Meeting, members are invited to hear reports from the Officers of the Association, and to propose and discuss matters of importance to the Association. Please check back in August for an agenda for this year’s Annual Business Meeting.
Rules and Procedures
For information about the rules and procedures of the Annual Business meeting, including procedures for introducing a resolution to send to Council, see the APSA bylaws, available here. All resolutions to be considered at the Annual Business Meeting must be presented to the president and publicly announced no later than August 10.
Only members whose membership is current as of June 22 will be eligible to vote at the Annual Business Meeting. Please sign in to your account here to check your membership status and ensure that you will be eligible to vote.
APSA Council Election
As stipulated in APSA’s new bylaws the election for the 2017 APSA Council and officers will occur via electronic ballot in July, and not at the Annual Business Meeting as has happened in previous years.
